Page 12! On a roll!!
The first pannel gave me heck when I was drawing it. I had to practice three times on another sheet of paper just so I'd be sure I wouldn't mess it up for the final draft here... I edited it a bit on the computer to make england look scarier... because you can't just say "black magic" and not look scary!
England throws out two ideas to help fix all the arguement issues that every country has with each other and America and France are less than supportive about it.
